I came to the United States in 1976, but my connection to fitness started long before that.
As a kid, I was cutting workout routines out of magazines and building my own systems. That curiosity never left me.
After years in engineering, graduate school, and corporate sales—along with earning a degree in mathematics, an MBA in systems and operations, and a background in graphic design—I made a decision:
I went back to what I truly loved.
I became a professional fitness trainer through ACSM and ACE, and my first contract was with the Davis High School girls’ volleyball team. They went 17–2.
That’s when I knew—training done right produces real results.

KICKIT

In 1990, I founded KICKIT Indoor Soccer Training with a $50,000 investment.
I trained kids as young as three years old—not just to play soccer, but to move, think, and perform like athletes.
Within two years, it became a $300,000/year business.
Even after leaving the original facility in 2000, I rebuilt the program outdoors and expanded it to serve nearly 2,000 students per year.
Those kids didn’t just learn soccer—they became better athletes for life.

REAL-WORLD TRAINING (AUTHORITY BUILDER)

In 2005, I became Director of Athletics for the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation.
I ran five youth programs, trained over 40 wildland firefighters, and developed over 400 security personnel.
But I didn’t just coach them—I became part of their world.
I trained alongside firefighters.
I went on calls.
I completed over 80 hours of firearms training and earned my CCW.
I learned what their jobs actually demanded—so I could build training that matched reality.
That’s how I work with every client.

METHOD

I don’t believe in pre-made programs.
I don’t hand you a template.
I spend time understanding you—your body, your habits, your stress, your life.
Then I build something that fits.
Because when training is done right, it doesn’t just change your body.
It improves everything:
Movement
Energy
Recovery
Stability
Longevity
Your entire system upgrades.

 

THE TURNING POINT​​

In 2025, I was diagnosed with heart disease.
On August 12, I underwent quadruple bypass surgery.
But I didn’t approach it like most people.
I trained for it.
I worked on breathing, heart-brain coherence, walking control, and stress management.
Because of that preparation, I was discharged in just four days.
That experience became the foundation of my work today.

MY SYSTEM

I created the Optimal Patient Protocol to help people:
Prepare for surgery
Recover faster
Regain control of their body
Build long-term resilience
This is not theory.
This is lived experience.

MY PHILOSOPHY 

I don’t need thousands of clients.
I need the right ones.
If I can help a small group of people truly improve their lives, that’s success.
Because real results speak louder than anything else.
My job is simple:
Understand you.
Build for you.
Deliver results that matter.
