You can achieve so much more with a professional trainer than you can alone.  I know how difficult it could be to motivate yourself  and to stay in shape.   I also know how to properly design, develop and teach you a personalized fitness program that will keep you motivated and excited about the work you are doing.  With a variety of sports skills, I will incorporate what you enjoy into your fitness program.  You can also learn new skills like speed bag, boxing, archery,  weight training, band training, medi-ball training and Nordic walking just to name a few.  Long gone are the days of 3 sets of 10.  Following your initial evaluation and interview, we will set out to develop personalized program that not only will keep you fit and healthy, but more importantly, it will dramatically improve your quality of life.

Initial consult :                 $150

Basic  8 week course    1 sessions a week 8   sessions total                                               $120 week

           8 week course    2 sessions a week 16 sessions total                                               $200 week

 

On-going Training           $110  per session
