Exceptional Progress
Most people associate archery with Robin hood or The Hunger Games. However, for those who do not enjoy traditional meditation , archery is a very effective way to practice mindfulness and purposeful focusing.  To effectively shoot an arrow, you need to accomplish 10 steps in a row where the 10th step is releasing the arrow. During my course of training, you will be introduced to proper use of archery equipment, stance , fitness, rules and the 10 steps to successfully shoot an arrow. An excellent skill to develop to use at any age. Â
Basic course. 6 /50 minute sessions   $500
On going training $100 per session
